As director of KPMB’s Interiors Department, Carolyn Lee brings 20 years of experience in corporate, higher education, cultural, and hospitality design. She has worked on a diverse range of projects for such clients as Princeton University, The Globe and Mail, Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto, Gluskin Sheff, Oliver Bonacini, Collecdev, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and the design of KPMB Architects Office in Toronto, which was featured in the June 2019 issue of Interior Design magazine.
Carolyn recently completed the renovation and expansion of Toronto’s iconic Massey Hall and the new Center for Computing & Data Sciences at Boston University, and is currently working on two corporate office design projects in Hong Kong and Chicago. Carolyn has a well-honed sense of interior design, space planning, materiality and detail, balanced with strong administrative capabilities. She has completed LEED-certified interiors that specialize in the selection of local materials and finishes, as well as FF&E with a concern for durability and life cycle costs.
