A successful mixed-use building is the result of a complex negotiation between different programs. Successfully intertwining these distinct uses together requires a deep understanding of the spatial and structural requirements of each. Our approach to mixed-use projects inevitably draws on our experience designing cultural, education, community, and residential buildings, which enables us to identify how distinct programs can coexist within a single building.
