Mixed-Use
A successful mixed-use building is the result of a complex negotiation between programs of different types. Successfully intertwining these distinct uses together requires a deep understanding of the spatial and structural requirements of each. Our mixed-use approach inevitably draws on our portfolio of cultural, education, community, and residential projects built over nearly 40 years. This breadth of experience enables us to identify how distinct programs can coexist within a single building, functioning both independently and as a cohesive whole.
