Clementine Chang

Associate, OAA, LEED AP

Clementine is a licensed architect and has been with KPMB since 2006. She has worked on many of KPMB’s cultural projects, including the Art Gallery of Hamilton; The Royal Conservatory; the Young Centre for the Performing Arts; TIFF Bell Lightbox; Yale Adams Center for Musical Arts; and the Massey Hall Revitalization Project, which she considers a highlight as it combines her expertise in heritage architecture and her love for the performing arts.

In addition, Clementine helped execute feasibility studies for Canadian Stage and offers a diversity of experience in developer, public sector and academic projects. She was integral to the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto and the Julis Romo Rabinowitz Building and Louis A. Simpson International Building at Princeton University.

Recently, Clementine was the associate-in-charge of the new Dramatic Arts Building at Yale University. This building will include two theatres, a new 400-seat Yale Repertory Theatre and a new studio theatre. Currently, she is a project architect for a new theatre that is part of the expansion and modernization of Arts Commons, Calgary’s largest arts centre.

Clementine is also a classically trained pianist (completed Level 10 at The Royal Conservatory) and she channels her love of music into her enthusiasm for designing projects for the performing arts.
