Zachariah Glennon

Associate

A minimalist at heart, Zachariah joined KPMB in 2019 and brings 10 years of experience designing for renowned Toronto studios, including Shim-Sutcliffe Architects.

Since joining the firm, he has worked on several projects including the design and planning for the retrofit of a commercial tower, its reconstructed plaza and new 61-storey residential addition. He also contributed to the programmatic planning, design, detailing and consultant coordination for some of the intricately technical, state-of-the-art venues in the new seven-storey tower addition to Toronto’s Massey Hall.

For Zachariah, projects of all scales deserve the same thoughtful approach, and limitations are opportunities for innovative solutions without compromising design excellence.

Combining his deft design skills, his interest in new building technologies, and KPMB’s tools, Zachariah is currently a project lead for the affordable housing portfolio for Kindred Works across Canada. As this project leverages his extensive residential experience, he is passionate about the design possibilities and solutions that lie at the intersection of sustainability, community, and affordability. Understanding, honest, and collaborative, he firmly believes design is an iterative, team-driven process.

“We transform limitations into opportunities for design excellence.”
