The article covers the design vision and inspiration to reimagine a 2.1-kilometer-long airport runway north of the downtown core into a nature-oriented connected community of the future.

“You start with water and parks and biodiversity,” said Bridgman. “You don’t start with blocks and buildings, you start with what matters to people and what is going to be there much longer than the buildings and the people.”
