Scotiabank North Flagship has won a 2025 ARIDO (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario) in the “Work” category.
The annual ARIDO Awards — Ontario’s most coveted interior design honour — recognize excellence across a range of criteria, including design concept and floorplan quality, budget responsiveness, and the integration of EDI, wellness, and sustainability.
The 14-level Scotiabank North Flagship, located in the KPMB-designed Bay Adelaide North, serves as the financial institution’s new corporate headquarters and establishes its new global workplace strategy. The design is a mature expression of and long-term investment in the Scotiabank brand.
Responding to the evolving needs of its workforce, Scotiabank North accommodates activity-based working and prioritizes hospitality-focused communal areas. Workspaces are designed to flexibly support a range of tasks, from hoteling desks to quiet zones and private offices. Generous communal areas are interspersed throughout, including a spacious terrace on the tenth floor.
