KPMB at the 2025 Interior Design Show in Toronto

On January 23, managing partner Phyllis Crawford, director of marketing Nina Boccia, and senior associate and interior designer Rachel Cyr will be joined by Rob Luke, leadership advisor and managing partner at Allen Leigh Consulting and Elaine Pantel, an AED advisor and strategist, for a panel discussion at the Interior Design Show (IDS) in Toronto.
Titled “Designing the Plane while Flying It: Leading in Turbulent Times,” the panel will unpack the skills and tools that firms need to navigate and thrive in today’s rapidly changing landscape.
Panelists will speak about defining and actioning your value proposition, share techniques for building financial literacy, highlight how to stay ahead of emerging trends and balance creative vision with business demands, and provide insights on how to accomplish this while simultaneously building strong leadership pipelines to support future growth.
This panel is being submitted for OAA, ARIDO and IDCEC accreditation.
