Judith Taylor

Judith Taylor studied architecture at Carleton University, graduating with honours in 1987. Upon graduation she worked with various architectural firms in Toronto and internationally, gaining extensive experience in design development and the production of presentation drawings, construction details and tender documents.

During this time Judith worked for the Webb Zerafa Menkes Housden Partnership where she was responsible for various aspects of commercial, mixed-use and residential building projects, and for Aki International in Tokyo, where she was a member of an architectural division of a Civil Engineering firm involved in local site analysis and the development of a warehouse expansion.

Judith joined Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg Architects in 1990 and was promoted to Associate in 1995. She has acted in a senior role for several of the firm's major institutional projects, including the Sprague Memorial Hall renovations at Yale University, Richmond City Hall, the Douglas Library Renovation and new Joseph S. Stauffer Library, both at Queen's University, Kitchener City Hall, and The Munk Centre for International Studies at the University of Toronto. She is currently working on a new dormitory building on the historic Royal Military College campus in Kingston.
